Who doesn’t like pasta?? (I really hope no one out there raised their hand.)

Well, how many of you have made it from scratch? You know, start to finish?

I love having a freezer stocked with fresh tortellini, gnocchi, and ravioli that I can just grab out whenever I’m in the mood for some Italian yumminess.  Until you have made it yourself, you really have no idea what you are missing.

The first time I made my own, i did it the old fashioned way – a rolling pin and a lot of muscle.  But since then, I have stepped it up a notch and use my Atlas Pasta machine.  It makes the process a heck of a lot simpler, and even enough fun that Jon will help! Something about cranking the dough through there, watching it get thinner and thinner – so rewarding!  And now you can reap the rewards, too!
