Who doesn’t like pasta?? (I really hope no one out there raised their hand.)

Well, how many of you have made it from scratch? You know, start to finish?

The first time I made my own, i did it the old fashioned way – a rolling pin and a lot of muscle.  But since then, I have stepped it up a notch and use my Atlas Pasta machine.  It makes the process a heck of a lot simpler, and even enough fun that Jon will help!
